Our website host, Squarespace, automatically collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide availability and pricing, schedule tours, and follow up about leasing. If you later apply for a residence, information you provide during that process is handled separately under our application and lease procedures.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, email provider, and property management software. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it
